An eastern Kentucky father accused of threatening to kill the Laurel County School Superintendent for not canceling classes during a snowstorm goes to trial Wednesday morning.

Police say Patrick Chandler threatened to take a gun to the Laurel County Board of Education building and kill the superintendent because he was having school earlier this year.

Chandler is charged with third degree terroristic threatening.
